Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, including consumable pet treats and made‑to‑order or limited‑run merchandise, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except where required by law.
Consumable Products (Pet Treats)
For health and safety reasons, pet treats and other consumable products are non‑returnable and non‑refundable once shipped.
Non‑Consumable Merchandise
Merchandise such as apparel or accessories is also sold on a final‑sale basis. Variations in color, sizing, or appearance due to manufacturing processes or display settings do not constitute defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@copupcollc.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or store credit.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed within a reasonable time after purchase. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from the Website are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
